Go through the grits starting from 60 grit through to 220 grit. Grit guide: 60 grit - removal of previous finishes, stripping of wood 80-120 grit - moderate surface finishing, primary sanding 220 grit - light sanding between coats Use our standing sponges instead of sandpaper for a much comfortable experience. The sanding sponges can be completely soaked in water for wet sanding and can be used on drywall and metal.
