ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Includes one sheet of Nail Art Water Decals as Pictured. (1 sheet per order 20 decals per sheet)
EASY TO USE:
1.
Paint nails with a color of your choice (light colors or white work best)
2.
Cut around your desired image.
3.
Soak in water for 15-20 seconds and then the white paper backing will slide off.
4.
Place it on your nail then pat dry.
5.
Apply topcoat to seal and protect.
*If using gel polish cure nails with no wipe topcoat or wipe the tack layer of tacky polish off, then follow the steps.
