Description:
A beautiful extremely fine or much better banknote from Spain. This is the EMISION 1935 ten Peseta. The banknote, which was actually issued in 1936, is red-brown and blue in color on the front. It depicts the image of a woman wearing a crown to the right of the front. The back is blue on yellow with a decorative design and shows the denomination in the center. The banknote displays the date and the denomination on the front but only the denomination on the back. The note has three signatures on the front. This particular note has the serial number B4,490,953 displayed in black twice on the front but again not on the back. The note has no watermark that we could find. Please carefully review the scan presented as it is part and parcel of our description.

Condition:
I would grade this banknote as extremely fine or much better with all the details being very well preserved. The note has one vertical central fold but has no pinholes, no graffiti, no soiling, no stains, no tears and no splits. It retains quite a bit of its original stiffness, sheen and crispiness.
